Biography
From the quality line at Mamiya-OP to steel-plant inventory leadership.
My journey began in January 2012 on the finished-product quality line at Mamiya-OP Bangladesh Ltd., inspecting golf shafts and recording every result in the system — my first lesson in precision and honest data. At the Center for Special Care and Research (CSCR) I then learned to handle cash, billing and people with the same care.
In November 2014 I joined Abul Khair Steel Melting Ltd. as a Trainee Officer and found my calling in inventory. Step by step — Officer in 2015, Senior Officer in 2023 — I took responsibility for the Rolling, Melting, Oxygen, Power and Rolling Mill 2 stores, bringing in ERP governance, automated MIS and KPI dashboards. Today, after more than 12 years, I combine warehouse discipline with data and digital tools to make operations faster, safer and more accurate.
